Catalyze announces changes to its Executive Team

7 April, 2023 – Catalyze has announced several changes to its Executive Team, effective immediately.

Marlene Végh (pictured), who has been an integral part of Catalyze for over a decade, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Marlene’s significant contributions to the company’s growth and success have prepared her well for this new role, and the company is confident that she will lead Catalyze to even greater heights.

“I am excited to work together with the rest of the leadership team to continue creating value for our clients,” said Marlene.

Founder and former CEO, Theodoor Rutgers, will be stepping down from his position to take on a new role as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In his new role, Theodoor will be responsible for driving the company’s long-term corporate vision and strategy, positioning Catalyze for sustained success.

“It has been an honor to lead such a fantastic company,” said Theodoor. “I am grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us over the years, and I look forward to continuing to work with the team in my new role.”

In addition to these changes, Catalyze is proud to announce the appointments of Founder Jalal Es-Sbai as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Tim Vink as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Myriam Keijzer as Chief People Officer (CPO). Peter Schoevers continues his role as Chairman and Founder. Together with our amazing colleagues, we will continue to grow further in our ambition to accelerate innovations that have a positive impact on the world!
