Catalyze earns 2025 Great Place to Work® Certification!

10 July 2025 – At Catalyze, we know that our people are at the heart of our success. That’s why we are proud to announce that we have officially earned the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification, an internationally recognised benchmark for outstanding workplace culture.

What is the Great Place to Work® Certification, and how did we achieve it?

The GPTW certification is awarded to organisations that create an exceptional employee experience based on trust, pride, and team spirit. We achieved this recognition through an employee perception survey, which measured core elements such as trust in leadership, pride in our work, and overall team cohesion.

Our people shared their honest feedback anonymously, and the results confirmed what we’ve always believed: Catalyze is a place where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to make an impact.

What does it mean?

Being certified as a Great Place to Work® is more than a label, it’s a powerful affirmation of our culture and values. How did we become certified?

We earned this certification through the active participation and honest feedback of our employees through a survey from GPTW.  All responses were anonymous and analyzed in aggregate by GPTW, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.

Thanks to this collective effort, we now have a clearer understanding of what makes Catalyze a great place to work, and how we can continue to grow and improve together.

Looking ahead

This achievement is a significant milestone, but it’s also a starting point. We will use these insights to strengthen our culture even further, focusing on trust, pride, and team spirit.
