The MSCA – Staff Exchange (MSCA-SE) — formally titled ‘MSCA-Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE) — is part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions program. 5 different types of grants are available in the MSCA program, aiming to set up different types of training networks or training programs. Other grants fund fellowships or events to increase the popularity of science in society.

Project duration: 4 years
Consortium: At least three legal entities established in different Member State or associated countries. Usually between 5-10 partners.
Scope: The Staff Exchange scheme promotes international and cross-sector collaboration through exchanging research and innovation staff, and sharing knowledge and ideas from research to market (and vice-versa). The scheme fosters a shared culture of research and innovation that welcomes and rewards creativity and entrepreneurship and helps to turn creative ideas into innovative products, services or processes.
