EUopSTART
Subsidy: DKK 50,000 – 75,000 (~€6,700 – €10,000)
Scope: The purpose of EUopSTART is to intensify the participation of Danish research institutions and enterprises in European research and innovation. EUopSTART therefore offers grants to fund Danish enterprises’ and research institutions’ preparatory activities in drawing up applications for a number of selected European research programmes under Horizon2020.

Innovation Fund Denmark Grand Solutions
Subsidy: DKK 5,000,000 – 30,000,000
Scope: Innovation Fund Denmark focusses on research and innovation projects that by using strategic and challenge-driven research create value for society by contributing to solve important societal challenges and/or create growth in new and/or existing innovative companies.

Innobooster
Subsidy: 50,000 – 5,000,000 DKK
Scope: Projects may focus on developing a new product or service or on significantly improving a process within the company in an innovative way, significantly improving the company’s competitiveness.

VINNOVA CHALLENGE-DRIVEN INNOVATION
Subsidy: 30,500,000 SEK total
Scope: Challenge-driven innovation is an initiative that aims to solve social challenges that require broad cooperation to overcome. The solutions developed under the programme must make a clear contribution to one or more of the 17 Sustainable development goals laid out in the UN’s 2030 Agenda for sustainable development. Projects operating within the programme can tackle everything from climate change and health challenges to problems of inequality and the uneven distribution of resources.
