Knowledge is power

Whether you want to improve your skills in securing grants and funding independently, generate more insight into specific topics, such as intellectual property or entrepreneurship, or you want to know more about translating science to viable business or products, we can lead the way.

We provide dedicated workshops to groups on these subjects, and more. We define a suitable program with you to meet your needs. Then our specialized consultants deliver the workshop in a practical style, to ensure maximum impact. In addition, we offer one-on-one support to individuals or small teams through (business) coaching.

Catalyze delivers workshops to companies, academic groups, organizations, and at science parks. We share our knowledge to help you move forward.

Case: Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Utrecht University

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Utrecht University is the leading veterinary knowledge center in the Netherlands. From 2018 – 2020 Catalyze has given support to PIs affiliated to this faculty by organizing workshops and individual coaching, with a focus on fundraising. Several PIs continue to pursue their research projects and have successfully attracted funding.

“Catalyze supported the One Medicine research-theme within the faculty of Veterinary Medicine by providing individual coaching and workshops to our researchers. The workshops helped our researchers in creating or refining their research vision, improving their networking-skills and provided an overview and insights into the current funding landscape. For the individual coaching, we highly appreciated the tailor-made approach for researchers in different stages of their academic career which has led to successful grant applications.”

– Professor Marianna Tryfonidou, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Utrecht University.
