Updates to Dutch funding programmes
There have been some recent updates to the Dutch funding programmes. Below we highlight the most important information.
OP Oost published a new update on the available budget on their website. There’s still budget available for all tenders and topics in both provinces (Overijssel and Gelderland). Only for the General Innovation – Cluster and Networking tender for Overijssel, the budget will be depleted if all submitted projects will be granted. Proposals can be submitted until 28th of February 2019.
Additionally, the RVO announced that the budget for BMKB (Borgstellingskrediet MKB) will be increased from €600M to €740M. With the BMKB the government provides a guarantee for companies that want to take out a loan, but that can not offer enough collateral by themselves.
NWO published the new TTW Perspectief call in the beginning of October. Multiple changes have been made to the program text, for example: the project must provide a substantial contribution to at least one of the Dutch key technologies or Dutch societal challenges. Furthermore, an additional module “Governance” has been added in order to promote utilization.
Last but not least, ZonMw announced a new grant programme “Voor Elkaar!” This program will provide funding for organisations for people with (chronic) illness, impairment or a mental illness. The aim of this program is to strengthen the position of these people. Several tenders (with different scopes) for this programme will be released until 2022.
