Catalyze appointed by ZEUS Mobility to support growth and sale readiness by 2028

Amsterdam and Ireland, 30 September 2026 — Catalyze Group has been appointed the strategic growth partner of ZEUS Mobility, the Irish-headquartered European micromobility company, following ZEUS’ acquisition of Superpedestrian Europe.

The partnership aims to support ZEUS in raising growth capital, integrate Superpedestrian into its operations, scale the business and become sale-ready by 2028.

Over the next 24 months, Catalyze will work closely with the ZEUS leadership team on growth strategy, financial planning, investor positioning, capital raising and corporate readiness.

ZEUS has already established a successful and profitable operating business across multiple European markets. The acquisition of Superpedestrian Europe now provides the platform to accelerate that growth by combining ZEUS’ operating experience with Superpedestrian’s fleet, technology and infrastructure.

Building a scaled European mobility platform

The acquisition of Superpedestrian Europe represents an important step in ZEUS Mobility’s development.

Superpedestrian brings additional fleet capacity, technology and fleet architecture. ZEUS brings the operating model, brand, market experience and commercial discipline required to deploy those capabilities effectively.

The focus is now on turning that combination into stronger fleet economics, broader market coverage and a significantly larger business.

Catalyze to support growth capital and sale readiness

As ZEUS’ strategic partner, Catalyze will help translate the company’s operating track record and the Superpedestrian acquisition into a compelling growth investment case.

ZEUS has already demonstrated that its operating model works with stable company profitability. New capital will be used to scale that model across a larger platform and create a stronger, more valuable company.

Catalyze will support ZEUS in strengthening its financial reporting, governance and organisational structures, while sharpening its investor positioning and supporting the raising of new growth capital.

The partnership builds on Catalyze’s experience supporting growth-stage companies with investment strategy, fundraising, financial advisory and long-term value creation.

By 2028, ZEUS aims to be a larger, financially robust and sale-ready European mobility group.

Werner Fischer, Venture Capital Manager at Catalyze, said:

“ZEUS is not starting from a theoretical growth story. It has already built a successful and profitable operating business. The opportunity is to use the Superpedestrian acquisition as a catalyst for the next stage of growth. Our role is to help ZEUS raise the capital required to scale, strengthen its financial performance and build a business that is attractive to investors today and sale-ready by 2028.”

Damian Young, CEO of ZEUS Mobility, said:

“The acquisition of Superpedestrian marks the beginning of the next phase of ZEUS. We have already built a successful mobility business. We now have the opportunity to combine that platform with Superpedestrian’s fleet, technology and capabilities and scale significantly across Europe. The next two years are about disciplined execution. We want to strengthen our financial position, deploy the enlarged fleet, grow our markets and build a substantially more valuable company. Catalyze brings the combination of growth, investment and financial expertise we need to support that journey.”

A 24-month programme focused on value creation

The partnership will centre on three priorities: growth execution, growth capital and sale readiness.

Over the next 24 months, ZEUS and Catalyze will translate these priorities into a coordinated programme across the business. This will include integrating and deploying the acquired Superpedestrian assets, improving fleet performance and supporting market expansion.

These operational workstreams will sit alongside the investment and corporate-readiness activities outlined above, creating a structured programme for turning the acquisition into sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

The objective is not simply to make ZEUS bigger, but to build a company that is more profitable, more predictable, more scalable and more valuable.
